"Fun" damentals Program
This program offers dancers age 3-6 the chance to experience the core styles of dance and start to develop a strong foundation in dance technique.
We want your dancer to love dance.
This program is perfect for your little dancer who is just starting out!
The class is 45 minutes in length and is divided into 25 minutes of Ballet, and 20 minutes of either Jazz, Tap, or Acrobatic Technique rotating each week!
ONE Movement
Performance Team
Our Performance Team is open to all dancers who are enrolled in our Performance and Full Time Programs!
Our
mission includes involvement in our Community and Helping dancers gain
Performance Opportunity.
Being a dancer is all about the performance, connecting with the audience and ONE Movement loves using dance to create change and send a message!
Dancers on our Performance Team will perform at events throughout our Community, Team Showcase and attend dance competitions in April/May.
ONE Movement Performance Team is focused on making a positive change in our Community and your Dancer!
The Performance Team begins in October with rehearsals and ends in May.
Being apart of the Performance Team does involve commitment.
Dancers are required to attend all rehearsals, performances and competitions.

Performance Program
This program offers dancers age 5 and up Five dance classes a week.
Mini, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Levels available.
Focus is on building confidence in self and ability, building strong technique and education on training smart, building performance quality, and well rounded dancers.
Program Includes: 2 Ballet Classes, 1 Jazz Class, 1 Acro Class, and 1 Tap Class with the option to add Hip Hop, Contemporary, Theatre Jazz, Jumps and Turns and other classes offered on our schedule.
Dancers in our Performance Program are given the opportunity to join our Performance Team!
This program is the perfect step for dancers with an interest in attending our Full Time Performance Program.
Full Time Program
This program offers dancers age 8 and up seven dance classes a week.
Mini, Junior, Intermediate and Advanced levels available.
Focus is on building confidence in self and ability, improving technique and knowledge on training smart, improving performance quality, and providing dancers with a positive atmosphere where they can train to the best of their ability!
Dancers will attend 2 Ballet Classes, 1 Jazz Class, 1 Acro Class, 1 Tap Class, 1 Jumps and Turns and 1 class of choice. Dancers can also
add Hip Hop, Contemporary, Theatre Jazz, and other classes on our schedule.
The eighth hour of training is offered at a very low fee any additional classes added after are included.
Dancers in our Full Time program are given the opportunity to join our Performance Team!
Adult Classes/University Students
Beginner or experienced dancers can come out, have fun and dance!
Adult Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Contemporary and Zumba Sessions are offered throughout our schedule and run on a 8 week session commitment.
Recreational Program
Our recreational program offers dancers age 5 and up the opportunity to take a wide variety of dance classes taught by professional teachers.
Mini, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Levels available.
Focus is on developing a love for dance and building strong technique and performance quality.
Dancers select the style of dance they wish to take and attend class at their level.
Youth Program
Our Youth program offers dancers age 12 and up entering dance class for the first time the opportunity to development technique and performance!
Taught by professional teachers in a positive atmosphere.
Dancers with PD
Dianne Long has developed this Dance Program for people living with Parkinson's Disease.
Her program helps to prevent and reverse some of the physical symptoms of PD.
Providing an inclusive, welcoming, fun and friendly environment.
This dance program breaks through the often devastating non-physical symptoms of PD such as:
Isolation and depression.
Helps to:
Improve Balance and Stability, Flexibilty, Range of Motion, Coordination and Inability to initiate movement "freezing".
Facial Epression and posture/body awareness.
The program also helps:
Improve social activity. Decrease anxiety in anticipating movement. Improves general health.
Provides training for practical application of everyday life. Turning, Rising from a sitting position
Reaching, Grasping and Initiating movement from a "stuck" position.
