Artistic Director, Founder, Choreographer
Autumn is the Founder, Choreographer and Artistic Director of ONE Movement Performance Company!
The goal of the company is to educate, empower and inspire children and teens through movement.
Autumn received The Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the WOW (Women of Waterloo Region) Creative Arts Award for the creation of ONE Movement!
Autumn graduated from the George Brown College Professional Dance Program in 2001. She has trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip hop, and contemporary dance. Autumn has trained in New York City at the Broadway Dance Center, holds her Intermediate Royal Academy of Dancing Ballet Examination and is a Full Member of The Canadian Dance Teacher Association for Stage Tap.
Autumn creates choreography that allows an audience to feel, express and go deeper into their own thoughts. She focuses on creating pieces that will inspire and ignite a change. She recently choreographed the opening number for WE Day Waterloo Region, which ONE Movement had the opportunity to perform!
She has produced and directed films for ONE Movement which are used in the company's performances. Autumn has danced all her life and has been teaching dance since 1995. She gives all of her self in every class she teaches and at every performance.
Creating change and helping our next generation love themselves and accept others.

Lacey Russel
Lacey loves everything about dance and is so excited to be joining ONE Movement for our 6th season! This will be Lacey's fourth year with ONE Movement!
Lacey has trained in ballet, jazz, modern, acro, tumbling, hip hop, ballroom and tap. She has danced with LMC Productions in the KW Choreograhy Ball. She has taken worksops with Alvin Aliley, Dance Dance Canada, The Pulse and Get Exposed.

Milwaukee Baker
Milwaukee has been dancing competitively for twelve years, and has loved all types of performing all his life. He is trained in jazz, tap, lyrical, and hip hop; and has received his Advanced 1 Ballet Certificate with the Royal Academy of Dance with Distinction. He recently graduated from Brantford Collegiate Institute’s SHSM Stage and Screen Program. This year he will taking on the role of choreographer for The Wiz at Assumption College School in Brampton.. Milwaukee has performed in musicals such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr., and BCI Presents: A Night on Broadway. Milwaukee is so excited to be back for his second year with ONE Movement and can't wait to see what season 6 has in store!

Paige McConnell
Paige has been dancing for 10 years and is passionate about all styles of dance.
She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary.
She is currently working towards her Intermediate Certification with the Royal Academy of Dance. Paige recently graduated from Centennial CVI and is taking a year to focus on dance and her dance training.
She was the Choreographer and Senior Executive of Centennial CVI's Company "Dance Inc" and is also currently a member of Guelph Academy's of Dance Senior Company.
Paige is excited to be a Company Member of ONE Movement this Season and can't wait to see where this year takes her!
Cassandra Ford
Cassandra has been dancing since the age of 4. She is a well rounded dancer and has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Hip Hop.
Cassandra has traveled to Germany for Dance and graduated from Eastwood Colligate with a Major in Dance and Vocals. Cassandra is a Certified Ballet Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.
She has organized many dance events through out her community and teaches dance at Grand River Dance Academy in Fergus.
This will be Cassandra's fourth year with ONE Movement and she is excited to be returning!
