Autumn is the Founder, Choreographer and Artistic Director of ONE Movement Performance Company and
ONE Movement Dance Centre!
Autumn runs the Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, MRT, Acrobatic and Jumps and Turns dance classes at ONE Movement!
She has been dancing for 30 years and
teaching for over 20 years.
Her mission as a teacher is to train dancers who are confident in themselves, understand body mechanics to prevent injury, and to help her students fall in love with the process and perform!!!
Autumn
has received The Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Cambridge
Chamber of Commerce and the WOW (Women of Waterloo Region) Creative Arts
Award for the creation of ONE Movement!
Autumn graduated from the George Brown College Professional Dance Program in 2001. She has trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip hop, and contemporary dance.

opportunity to perform!
She
has produced and directed films for ONE Movement which are used in the
company's performances.

Autumn has trained in New York City at the Broadway
Dance Center, holds her Intermediate Royal Academy of Dancing Ballet
Examination and is a Full Member of The Canadian Dance Teacher
Association for Stage Tap.
She was a Registered Massage Therapist for 13 years. Knowledge which she uses to help dancers develop technique and prevent injury. Autumn is also an Acrobatic Arts Certified Teacher. She has developed an unique program to develop body awareness and flexibility in her dancers called MRT (Muscle Re-Training Program) for dancers who need to re-train technique)

Lacey teaches Jazz at
ONE Movement Dance Centre!
She has been a company member of ONE Movement for four years. She has trained in ballet, jazz, modern, acro, tumbling, hip hop, ballroom and tap. Lacey has danced with LMC Productions in the KW Choreography Ball. She has taken workshops with Alvin Aliley, Dance Dance Canada, The Pulse and Get Exposed.
Lacey has taught dance throughout our community and is excited to be a Company Dancer of ONE Movement and now a Faculty Member at ONE Movement Dance Centre!
Mrs. Kara
Zumba Instructor
Kara's goal is to teach and share the passion she has for dance and fitness. She provides a safe, comfortable atmosphere where her students can enjoy, let go and have fun. Kara has trained in all forums of dance in Kitchener ON and had danced competitively.
She graduated from Eastwood's Triple Threat Program Majoring in Dance, Drama and Vocals. After starting her family Kara found her passion again when she attended her first Zumba class; she instantly knew she had to learn more!
Kara is now a Zin Member and attends Canfit Pro Conferences. She has instructed Zumbathons for the Women in Crisis Centre and Warm Ups for participants in the Color Run. Kara is attending her Zumba Gold Certification in June!
Mr. Milwaukee
Theatre
Milwaukee danced competitively for twelve years, and has loved all
types of performing his entire life.
He is trained in jazz, tap, lyrical,
and hip hop; and has received his Advanced 1 Ballet Certificate with the
Royal Academy of Dance with Distinction.
He recently graduated from
Brantford Collegiate Institute’s SHSM Stage and Screen Program. This
year he will taking on the role of choreographer for The Wiz at
Assumption College School in Brantford. Milwaukee has performed in many local musicals and will be teaching our Theatre Jazz Program at ONE Movement Dance Centre!
Tap/Acro
Mr. Pete has trained throughout North America with teachers such as Matthew Clarke, Bev Fletcher and many more. He feels being flexible as a teacher and drawing from all aspects of his training is important. Mr. Pete will be teaching our Tap and Acro program. He has been involved in all facets of dance for over 30 years. As a professional performer he has cruised throughout Europe and the Caribbean for Carnival Curise Lines. Mr. Pete has performed in Theatre productions such as Grease and A Chorus Line. Now as a teacher and choreographer his students have performed on the World Stage, attended University for the Arts and work as professionals within the arts industry. He is pumped to bring his Super Hard Hitting, Fun, Outside the Box approach to ONE Movement Dance Centre!

We are thrilled to have Dianne Long as a part of our Ballet Program at
ONE Movement Dance Centre!
Dianne brings over 35 years of teaching experience in Cambridge and has many significant credentials to enhance her classes.
Dianne holds her Advanced Certificate in Ballet from both the Royal Academy of Dancing and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
She holds her Advanced Certificate in Modern Theatre with Honours from ISTD and is an Associate Member of the Imperial Society in their Modern Theatre.
Dianne is a Registered Teacher with both the Royal Academy of Dance and the ISTD.
She holds her Elementary Certificate with Honours from the Benesh Institute of Choreology of London UK. Dianne is also an official member of the CTBS Diploma Program of the RAD, London, UK.
Member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science. Dianne has developed a dance program for people living with Parkinson's Disease. Her program helps to prevent and reverse some physical symptoms of PD, improve everyday activity and increase emotional health. ONE Movement Dance Centre is a proud sponsor of Dianne's Dancer's with PD program! Dianne has had a long career as a teacher, choreographer and Artistic Director. She also has training in Limon, Graham and has worked on a wide variety of Dance projects. Her focus is on dance as an Art Form. Her students work as dancers, choreographers and teachers throughout Canada. Dianne is excited to join ONE Movement Dance Centre as her journey in Dance continues!
RAD Ballet
Katrina started dancing at the age of 4 and has trained in various studios in the Oakville area. Upon graduating from the Fleming School of Dance she continued her studies at Sheridan College recieving an Honours Certificate in Performing Arts. Katrina is an Associate with the The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in Modern and Theatre She also has training in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. Katrina is excited to be joining the Faculty at ONE Movement Dance Centre this season teaching Ballet!

Lilly joins ONE Movement Dance Centre as our Ballroom Dance Instructor!
She began her career in dance at the Revue Theater Deva, Romania. She brings to us over 17 years of dancing professionally as well as teaching and choreography. Lilly has a College Degree in Classical and Contemporary Dance from the Popular School of Arts in Arad, Romania. Her teaching experience incorporates diverse disciplines of dance, from ages 3 to adults for the past 12 years. Lilly is known for her artistic integrity, enthusiasm and professionalism. She holds the Teaching Certificate of the Royal Academy of Dance and she is a registered teacher of the RAD.
Lilly is dedicated to the art of teaching classical ballet and passionate about working with her students to find the learning style that is best suited to them.
