Dancers with PD is a program which offers dance classes in which participants are empowered to explore movement and music in ways that are refreshing, enjoyable, stimulating and creative.
It has enormous physical benefits to those with Parkinson's Disease and other Neurological Conditions through its focus on balance and stability, flexibility, range of motion, co-ordination, posture and body awareness.
By providing an inclusive, welcoming, fun and friendly environment, the program also helps to break through the often devastating non-physical symptoms of PD such as isolation, anxiety and depression.
Our Program is lead by Dianne Long who has been trained by the National Ballet of Canada in the program.

The Winter session will run for 8 weeks:
Wednesday January 10, 2018
1:00pm-2:00 pm followed by a social time, snacks and coffee.
